Terms of sale
Provisional version, awaiting review by a lawyer. It sets out the conditions that apply to purchases on ATSway.
Purpose and plans
These terms govern the purchase of ATSway's paid plans and the credits attached to them. The plans are described on the pricing page.
Prices and payment
Prices are given in euros, VAT included. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Duration, renewal and passes
Subscription plans renew each month, unless cancelled. The three-month pass is a one-off payment, with no automatic renewal.
Cancellation and changing plan
Cancellation is done from the Stripe portal, in one click. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Changing plan keeps the remaining credits, with no refund for the unused part of the period.
Credits and limit
AI actions use credits. A limit over seven rolling days can delay an action: it does not run, and nothing is charged.
Withdrawal right
