(01) Why tailor your CV
In the towers of large companies, tracking software, an ATS, receives applications before humans do: the recruiter searches it by job title, keywords and experience. A CV written for every role makes your relevant experience harder to spot. A tailored CV uses the advert's words, where they describe what you really did.

Frequently asked questions about ATSway
What is ATSway?
An online tool that tailors your CV to each job offer. From your master CV, it prepares for each offer a tailored CV, a letter, interview preparation and the tracking of the application, all faithful to your career.
How much does ATSway cost?
The account, the master CV and PDF export are free. Once your email is confirmed, 50 credits are offered — about ten complete applications — then 10 every month. The Pro (€24 a month) and Intensive (€49 a month) plans also exist as a 3-month pass, with no renewal. Details on the pricing page.
Does an ATS-friendly CV guarantee an interview?
No. A clear, targeted CV makes your relevant experience easier to find and assess; the decision depends on the employer, their criteria and the other applications.
Is my data private?
Your CV and applications are visible only to you. To analyse them, their text is sent to AI model providers. The privacy policy names these providers and states the retention periods and the deletion of your data.
What does ATSway prepare for an offer?
A tailored CV, a comparison of your CV with the offer, the list of points to strengthen, a cover letter if you ask for one, interview preparation and a tracking sheet.
