Know whom to address your application to

Knowing who to address your application to lets you write to the right person: recruiter, manager or HR. Near future. Behind every offer, a name sometimes hides: the person who signs the email, the future manager, the HR team. ATSway picks out these people, with their role and their address when the offer gives it, so you know whom you are writing to and in what tone. Your message reaches a person: the machine makes room for a human.

What you gain

  • 1

    Write to a specific person

When the offer names a person, you see them right away, with their role: recruiter, manager or HR.

  • 2

    An offer checked before sending

The text you pasted is compared with the advert's page: a place or a title that differs is flagged.

  • 3

    Reliable addresses

An address appears when the offer writes it: you write to a real address.

What ATSway picks out

For each person named in the offer: their name, their role (recruiter, manager, HR) and their email when the offer writes it. For the employer: its name and a sentence on its activity if the offer describes it.

The offer's link, read and compared

Paste the advert's link: ATSway reads the page and compares it with your text. When the two differ, you see both versions and you choose the one to keep. The reading of the text is described on the offer keywords page.

An example of a reading

Fictional extract: “For any question, contact Julie Moreau, recruitment manager: [email protected].” ATSway picks out Julie Moreau, recruiter role, with her email as it is written.

When the advert says “contact our HR team”, the contact stays generic, as the offer words it.

Your contacts, in your tracking

The people picked out arrive in the application card. You also add your own contacts. Everything is gathered in application tracking. To write to the person spotted, see the cover letter.
