Tracking

Track each application, from draft to answer

ATSway's job application tracker puts every offer on one board, from draft to reply. Near future. Ten applications, ten CV versions, ten letters: in the great recruitment machine, the human with the expired badge gets lost among their own submissions. ATSway lays out each application on a board, with the CV actually sent, the letter, contacts, stages and follow-up date.

What you gain

  • 1

    Everything in one place

Each application has its card: the CV sent, the letter, contacts, stages. The memory the system keeps on you, finally put to your service.

  • 2

    Follow-ups at the right time

The board tells you when it is time to write, before your file sinks back into the machine's oblivion.

  • 3

A clear view of your search

A summary at the top of the board tells you where you stand: active applications, interviews scheduled.

One application, one tailored CV

Each CV adapted to an offer becomes a card on your board, attached to its offer and its letter. You know which CV went to which employer, even when the machine swallows thousands of files a night.

From draft to answer

Your board follows each application from draft to answer. You move cards from one stage to the next, on a computer as on a phone. Each card shows the company, the fit with the offer and the next action: you immediately spot the application that calls for a move.

The application card

Open a card to find the whole file: the contacts (knowing whom to address your application to), the milestones, which you add to your calendar, the interview debriefs from the interview preparation and the cover letter linked to the application.

Rate the recruiter and the process

Keep for your eyes only a record of what you experienced: responsiveness, clarity, decision time. Useful to compare your applications.

A typical week with the board

On Monday, the human with the expired badge pastes two offers and adapts their CV: two cards drop onto the board. On Tuesday, they reread their letters and send. On Thursday, the board signals that a follow-up is coming up: they prepare their message. On Friday, a recruiter answers: the card moves to interview and they start the interview preparation.

Which CV went to whom? It is all on the card.

Find and compare

A search and filters find an application. The board keeps for you what a simple search lets slip: the CV sent, the letter, the date, the contact, the interview debrief. You compare your applications and prepare the next one with what you learned. To keep track of timing, see follow up an application.

On a phone, and free

The board adapts to the screen: you update an application on your way out of an interview, between two turnstiles. Tracking is free for the whole length of your search.
